BOX IN BOX SYSTEM
The machine‘s frame is using the Box in box system, which in combination with the pre-stressed linear rolling guide used on all motion axis, guarantees high rigidity and stability. The low headstock position brings the advantage of a shallow machine base.
The main drive, located directly in the machine ram, uses the Direct Drive principle. Through it, optional milling heads are driven. The rigid connection ensures compactness of the entire ram and head. The vertical feed of the headstock by the pair of drives simultaneously compensates the drop of the ram.
